About Finn

Finn brings over 15 years of extensive experience in LGBTQ+ health, sexual and reproductive health, and HIV care and prevention. He has notably expanded LGBTQ+ health services at a large community hospital, managed multi-million dollar HIV care initiatives, and launched national programs improving reproductive health services in rural areas. As a consultant, he has emphasized building accountable partnerships between healthcare facilities and LGBTQ+ communities. Finn has over a dozen peer-reviewed publications and has lectured at numerous major medical centers on trans health.
